Unreasonable Expectations and Very Toxic Work Culture

The good thingsGoods thing? Nothing at all. Becareful once you step in.

The challengesThat leader often reassigns staff to roles they didn't apply for and then blame them for underperformance. No work-life balance, staff are expected to work long hours and be contactable even on weekend. Effort not recognized, and pay doesn’t match the workload. Micromanage and toxic. High turnover.

Lost Self-confident . Look down on people.Colleague is not helpful.

The good thingsThey never read Resumes clearly and applies employees to work at their company and they say your salary is very height and your too old for they made me lose confident. They should red resume first and made sure this person suitable for job opportunity or not. After sign appointment letter keep telling me your salary is too height and finding false.

The challengesNeed to work 24 hours even lunch time.
