    No worklife balancing
    The good thingsCan learn a lot in the company if no family commitment. Must be able to multitasks.
    The challengesTo get co-operation from many of the superiors in the operation is always a challenge to get thing done. Management did not sort this out to ensure team work in workplace efficiency and the allocation of tasks appropriately.
