    Good culture. Good colleague. Good bosses. Good benefits.
    The good thingsFlexible. 25 days Annual Leave. A lot of other fringe benefits like iflex (1000 SGD per year), dental insurance, general insurance, iTQ, etc.
    The challengesToo restrictive due to bank regulation. Difficult to get things moving. Many hoops of approval needed.

    The good thingsContract staff is treated as laborer. Perm staff enjoys all benefits, eg: more leaves, bonuses, insurances. Contract staff gets nothing

    The challenges- Did not have a proper onboarding. It might be because i was a contract role. - Had no direct reporting manager. It changed a few times so it was hard to keep track especially because i was there for such a short period of time.

    Stressful place to work at
    The good thingsThey have flexi work arrangements like allowing staff to start work earlier and end earlier, working overseas or remotely even before covid situation. Good benefits such as closed door sales and discounts on branded goods, Starbucks, campaign goodies for staff.
    The challengesAt least for the team i was working with, they did not seem to have the time to teach new staff, they are always over loaded with work and swamped BAU and projects. Systems that internal staff work with are dated. i guess their focus is only on front-end customers. The working environment is quite unfriendly and you can expect office politics. Overtime is definitely expected.
