Stressful place to work atThe good thingsThey have flexi work arrangements like allowing staff to start work earlier and end earlier, working overseas or remotely even before covid situation. Good benefits such as closed door sales and discounts on branded goods, Starbucks, campaign goodies for staff.
The challengesAt least for the team i was working with, they did not seem to have the time to teach new staff, they are always over loaded with work and swamped BAU and projects. Systems that internal staff work with are dated. i guess their focus is only on front-end customers. The working environment is quite unfriendly and you can expect office politics. Overtime is definitely expected.
