    A company that make efforts towards strengthening staff competencies and maintaining a strong Singapore core.
    The good thingsAllow internal growth. Able to transfer to different department to learn new skill. Under excess manpower, company will redeploy its staff to alternative areas to work within the. organisation and retrenchment is always the last resort.
    The challengesFixed yearly bonus of 1-2 months for all workers. There is no performance bonus or AWS in the company. Wages increment is kept between 1-5% yearly or no increment during bad economy period.

    Just my experience
    The good thingsGreat colleagues & direct supervisor is a nice person.
    The challengesHigher management doesn't understand employees' needs, not open to feedback. Pay is too low for the job given. No training & development. No great benefits.
