    Poor management service from the Spa in charge

    The challengesOutlet manager always on hp. Always make use of the CSO to do this, buy coffee etc. Always make the CSO do the talking. Anything happens put the blame on the CSO. Boss needs to look into this issue.

    The good thingsAlot of things to learn. The company always give us opportunity to learn and progress ourselves. The management also keep pushing us to grow and upgrade ourself. I am very thankful for the opportunity given to keep myself improving.
