    The good thingsI pretty much love my colleagues as they are helping me to communicate with others who can't understand english. We learned so much from each other especially conquering the pressure of multi-tasking works.
    The challengesI hope the company considers the load of work with each staff. Considering also the salary, must be proportional to the load of work that they give. Yet, even though they don't pay us overtime, still we have to finish as such just to meet the deadlines.
