    Unfair and one sided
The good thingsPeople there are friendly to work with and get along well.
The challengesToo many things to think think about. If you don't have a passion retail or patience don't think about working here. Plus if you are under probation, make sure the one taking care of you so willing to work with you not against you.

    Fun & Enriching Work Environment
The good thingsHighly recommended for those who wants to learn more about and/or are new to retail. The company is very transparent with the processes and you will learn many things here that you may not have the opportunity to learn in other retail companies.
The challengesIt can be culture shock at first because of the practices, but you will adapt to it.

    Poor management
The good thingsFreedom and autonomy is encouraged
The challengesThere's a lot of favoritism happening, resulting in double standards and many having poor leadership and managerial capabilities. Opportunity for growth is based on how many projects you want to take on, not the quality of your work.

A company where you sacrificed personal time
The good thingsIt used to be a work life balanced company with weekly and daily sports activities for you to practice. That is what makes them unique and different from other sports retailers. The company also welcomes you as a shareholder. It's a good start for people to learn and climb their way up as a manager as you will learn everything an entrepreneur would do.
The challengesLike many would say, everything comes with a price. Sadly, overworking here doesn't contribute well to your pay check as it takes away your family time too. You will not have the time to practice your passion sport and also the hours you commit does not justify your pay.

    Good for Starters
The good thingsIf you're inexperienced, this is a good place to start. Work environment can get fun sometimes.
The challengesYour progression depends on who is your supervisor/leader. This is very important.

    Colleagues
The good thingsThey seem to have it well with the hiring process, you're surrounded by colleagues who are passionate about sports and also like-minded individuals. As a sports company, they prioritize employees to partake in sports and be active. Your supervisors will ask about your passion and interests and help you achieve it, whether it be in-store or out of the store. Career development is good here.
The challengesMaybe they could hire more people to feed the manpower crunch. And also the management could try to listen to people on the ground. An annual salary increment would be good too to retain staff.

    Awesome place to nurture yourself
The good thingsTrainings, working experience, traveling, encouragement for sports , transparency in company policies, good salary , freedom and the responsibility given, supervision and the guidance from the head office , support given to come out of issues and providing solutions , valuable training and workshops throughout the year .
The challengesYou have to work with the suppliers who may not in the exact perimeter the company is required. So it's a great task for you to develop the suppliers and bring them up to the standards. Sometimes it takes a longer time and immense effort to bring the suppliers up.

I have to manage the biggest department of the store and make sure it's team is well functionning
The good thingsIt is very interesting to deal with figures (TU, margins, piloting, results...), people (HR, recruitment, training, ...) and customers services at the same time to make sure everything goes well, following the group's strategies.
The challengesIt is very challenging dealing with all businesses' aspects at the same time (HR, customers, team leading, . Here, it is like being the boss of a 5000K $ TU, with all its pros and cons.
