Overall, there’s a significant need for improvement in support, recognition, and fairness in opportunities.
The good thingsGood colleague and team work
The challengesWorking here has been frustrating due to a lack of support from management. Employees are often expected to resolve customer issues on their own, even using personal funds. My manager doesn't fully understand our roles, leading to unnecessary stress, especially when I receive calls during my holidays and return to a pile of work. Promotion criteria seem arbitrary; success feels more about pleasing the boss than actual performance. This creates confusion about career growth. Benefits are also lacking. Medical claims don’t align well with available medical leave, leaving many of us feeling unsupported. Company trips, which are vital for team bonding, mainly include headquarters employees chosen by management, leaving external staff out despite their long service. About health benefits only belong to the hq employee, the rest of the oursource employee are not included, which feels unfair.
