- Staff meals are a plus points since the chef lets us try new dishes
The challenges- Upon entering, there was a transitional period in management, the old management was very stubborn towards change but that is highly expected.
- Old staff was resistant which resulted in plenty of distress and confusion for myself as I didn't know the underlying stories.
- However, we are pushed to think for ourselves and find innovate ways to contribute to the company
