    If you are joining for the name of a big 4, you can join for a year but pay is very low, bonus is low too hence don’t expect too much.
    The good thingsCan leave on the dot but bosses will be unhappy. Unlimited leave but they calculate and will warn you if you take over certain number of days. Year end closure but will add in the number of days

    The good thingsIt is a great job for graduates but for middle level professional it is a career stop.
    The challengesOne of the contributing factors to work stress is long working hours, weekend proposal creations and endless unnecessary meetings. Management care about revenue rather than creating value added offerings, and career growth are only in the main business: assurance , cyber risk and internal audit. Any other business lines are down played.

    The good thingsProvides oppurtunities and platforms to grow yourself in terms of self and professional development. Flexibility of working, own time own target
    The challengesSimilar to MNCs, they value outputs rather than the welfare of its staffs. Every dollar earned from working in Deloitte is hard-earned. Bonus is low, and AWS is not eligible to the staffs. No efforts made in retainment of staffs. Hence, the very high turnover; after which the staffs who stayed in the company had to pick up the pieces.

    The challengesBarely able to apply for leaves now that they have changed the leave policy. Resource management team purposefully planned a full schedule and gave the excuse "you're booked on a job, so not able to take leave". So we're constantly working 365 days, 24/7.
