Low market salaries
The good thingsFlexibilities in giving PH sometimes on Xmas and CNY for half day. They have Mid and End year event for employee bonding.
The challengesI think in general the company don't see it's employee as asset. Low market pay rate. Slow increment.. takes years to see any changes.
