Decent Work Life Balance but Low pay and barely careere growthThe good thingsOne of the things I like about the team is that they are very helpful to each other and very kind, especially outside work. Some people are do nasty inside job. There is good work life balance here too
The challengesThe career and growth opportunities here are limited because even if you did very well you only get limited promotion where mostly is based on year of service, not your quality of job. After early on you will learn some skills but after that it will be stagnated and mostly job will be administrative and mundane job
