Work is not overly stressful, manageable on most days. Attractive bonuses, as compared to other companies in this time and day. My direct boss is supportive of my training and development and understanding about my family commitments. Company bus to and fro work is provided from where I stay.
The challengesCompany with a lean headcount, so sometimes required to take on roles and tasks beyond expected jobscope. Working hours start early at 8am (though ends early at 5.15pm), challenging for late-risers. Well established work flows - meaning work can sometimes get mundane and routine, but company culture is still open to ideas to change how things could be done better.
