    The good thingsWhen I started working here, it was a fun and very open enevironement. Encouraging opinions and values good work. Career advancement is valued and worked on with employees. Benefits are competitive and adopt a global standard.
    The challengesNow that they are localizing the management, it is becoming harder to prove yourself and the environment is becoming very Filipino which is not exactly a good thing. With female Filipinas dominating the management scene, it is becoming less of a value to work in DB.
