My experience working at DFI Retail Group is a bad one, because of not being able to understand what goes on between the company, the employees, and the customers.The good thingsI like that I was able to work with a diverse range of colleagues, which helped me grow as a person and learn new things about the retail process. It also fostered a collaborative and welcoming culture.
The challengesI have experienced negative interactions with customers at my workplace. Their behavior has been both disrespectful and lacking in friendliness. It has added undue stress to my position.
