The good thingsLots of product as well as customer service training. Reasonable number of working days per month. Generous with medical leave.
The challengesLong wait for annual leave approval. And hence difficult to coordinate holiday plans with fellow travellers. Lots of time spent replenishing stocks and packing of sets. Dependent on mafia cashiers to hit high sales target. Attitude problem with some admin staff.

    Awesome opportunity to learn
The good thingsThere were various opportunities to learn and develop my skills. I felt appreciated by the bosses and was rewarded accordingly. There were many projects and challenges which helped me to grow as I worked in the company. There were also fun times, where the department celebrated milestones of projects, team building and special occasions.
The challengesThere were many challenges while working in the company. There were various projects that were pretty time consuming too. The bosses make the difference. The challenges help me to grow. The company need to relook into the existing systems that they have - there are too many systems.

    Fun place to work in
The good thingsThe environment is very vibrantly coloured and lively. Workstation is also pretty large, and isn't a conventional cubicle, which makes it less of a drag to go to work. Many office activities, both work-related company sponsored/subsidized performance improvement courses or non-work related hobbies and fitness programs. People are generally friendly and communication is easy.
The challengesProcess improvements are very rushed. Sometimes feels like the tasks are sometimes held together more by temporary workarounds than by standardized, smooth processes.
