Fun place to work inThe good thingsThe environment is very vibrantly coloured and lively. Workstation is also pretty large, and isn't a conventional cubicle, which makes it less of a drag to go to work. Many office activities, both work-related company sponsored/subsidized performance improvement courses or non-work related hobbies and fitness programs. People are generally friendly and communication is easy.
The challengesProcess improvements are very rushed. Sometimes feels like the tasks are sometimes held together more by temporary workarounds than by standardized, smooth processes.
