    Regret to join, want to leave
    The good thingsThey pay on time , there is AWS year end bonus 1month
    The challengesHave to cover big area , have to finish at least 45 stops, can't take MC easily , low monthly allowance, have to work on Saturdays sunday PH , many politics, new staff don't get benefits in route.
