    Excel in very role that was deployed with the company goal.
    The good thingsA platform to receive and lean from the top management. A leader to built the successful achievable goal with the working staff to excel with best bench mark. Of course, to built the bridge in between the Management and Staff, need highly skill.
    The challengesThe balancing on both the management and the staff and to built and share the dream is not an easy path. It need negotiation, peaching and leading skill. Therefore, some time are wasted, management support is strongly needed to be successful.
