Sometimes the workload might be heavy but company pays overtime well. I had an enjoyable experience there because of how there is a plan for everything and i didn't feel left out.
The challengesThere isn't really a challenging situation other than fulfilling items before deadline. Everyone is well taken care of. Once awhile we have sports meet or outings to get to know each other better. I feel that this is really great for any company.
