    let me just sum up to one word "DREADFUL"
    The good thingsdefinitely the low paid workers there're nice but yeah terrible management.

    The challengesLow salary, no salary increment is a norm and expect to work more, minimum benefit, ask staff to come meeting on weird timing and in off day routinely, 24/7 standby to work, poor management especially those higher level, high turn over rate, no career progression
