    Positive Workplace Enviroment
    The good thingsLocal management are supportive and understanding. Employees are supported with transparent & open communication with everyone. Company are focused in training & development areas to train and groom future talents. Finally, local management are fair in recognition for hard work by rewarding employees and deal issues together.
    The challengesThe supporting administrative work from Regional and other top management are prone to more hierarchy structure and different from local management. Advise be more constructive and supportive.
