i hope the Top Management will look into this matter and make this company runs smoothly. make an internal meeting, audit and all the necessary things. Give your employees bonus and benefits since there are none. make some activities for the staff to get bonding and loves the company. dont just active recruiting but so bad at employees wellfare.
