    Challenges in early months
    The good thingsFlexible working hours. Good work life balance. As transport is provided, it reduces the possibility of overtime and there is some employee benefits if OT is necessary.
    The challengesPoor handover by exiting staff. For new hires, the first few months will be difficult until you get the hang of the culture here. Needs employee to be proactive and able to solve problems. Limited lunch choices and location is not easily accessible by public transport

    Challenging work environment
    The good thingsGood place to learn due to the challenging work requirements, having to deal with various party including principals, vendors, customers etc. Plenty of opportunities to move to different job scope or even different department or business units. Management has been trying to improve employee engagement by organizing more staff activities due to high staff turnover.
    The challengesHigh staff turnover and no proper handover when staff leaves. New comers usually have to struggle through their initial months. Office location is remote and inconvenient, to get there via public transport is going to take a long time if you are not living in the west area.

    The good thingsThe colleagues and bosses were nice personally.
    The challengesEverybody is on pressure to deliver their best. They have a shuttle bus to the office by the company. Attendance is recorded through tapping your staff card. If the shuttle bus is late due to whatever reasons, and u reach office late, it is still your fault. There is no compromise on punctuality.
