    Good colleagues, bad management. Took a working united team and fractured the team within 3 months. HR is cold and have no human touch

    Management decisions are not objective
    The good thingsAtmosphere, salary, benefits, etc are all ok-ish for an average startup in Singapore.
    The challengesUnfortunately I had to leave the company, because I was very displeased with biased management decisions and feedback was ignored without even taking notice.

    Waste time and inexperienced HR
    The good thingsDon’t bother going for interview if you’re below 30 unless you want to waste your grab fare and time. Was told that “We don’t have the time to train you and looking for above 30 years old” etc.
    The challengesNo opportunities given and they wouldn’t train you even though they are a start up company.

    Wasted my time to travel down for an interview
