    A great experience.
    The good thingsMy direct supervisor is very willing to impart knowledge to let me learn and grow in the supply chain sector. He is also willing to give me opportunities to explore and express myself in terms of creativity.
    The challengesOverseas exposure would be excellent because learning about other countries' working habit will improve my working behaviour.

    The good thingsThey made me blend with them; The Regional Director acknowledged my contributions from my Central Office experience; Felt my contribution was valuable to Office operation.
    The challengesThey should have given me a permanent position so I wont be displaced or go back to my mother unit, in Central Office.
