    I’m genuinely envy the people who never considered joining this company.
    The good thingsFree admission to a wild environment—barbaric yelling and shouting guaranteed. Working in the wild comes at no extra cost.

    Amazing Place to Work
    The good thingsAwesome work environment. If work is done well- employees are well credited. As a new employee, I was welcomed into this business and learnt many new skills that I may not have learnt elsewhere. The company has helped me to grow professionally by providing soft-skills as well as technical training. On job training is amazing!!
    The challengesHave to spend a lot of time to learn new skills and keep up to the expectations. However, this experience is fun!

    I have join this company in 2000 march as project manager. My duties was plant expansion as required like civil, electical and mechanical (MEP)
    The good thingsIn during work period I got full support from the management. Got full freedom to manage work with our own way. Whenever stuck in the work management supported to proceed the work to achieve our target.
    The challengesI have completed the electrical project to avoid power failure and production losses.The project name was "EXPRESS FEEDER" cost was around 20 million INR. Completed the project in three moths and I got recovery the project cost within 4 mothe duration.

    No place is " PERFECT" for Imperfect Human Being. But still the best place for me.
    The good thingsEasy to access and approach to our management meaning they are always opening their door and ears to listen and discuss. Not only working matters but we share the personal difficulties and trying to help each other as much as possible. The company has been growing up in terms of business, employee benefit and welfare and systems. not a perfect yet but no place wherever we go - i think, at least 20 years working experience - we face the same reality. Dorf Ketal treasures the individual's talent and respect their own culture, religion, even diet. For me at least, the best working place so far.
    The challengesLocated in Jurong where is far from my home. It takes 1 hour and 20mins to arrive the office by public transpiration.

    The challengeswhen i asked anyone for help, all they do is shrug me off and say they dont know. i end up making mistakes. then got shouted at in front of people for not asking... come on.

    The good thingsDorf Ketal is a growing company that has been focusing into global markets. Since the forming of the company, the company has bought over many international companies to further enhance their portfolio. As such, working in Dorf Ketal can promote good career growth. Since it is a growing company, there is definitely opportunities for you to branch out into different divisions and progress faster as the company grows larger. Another merit of working in Dorf Ketal is that you would also be given the opportunity to visit/converse with other branches across the globe. The company promotes information sharing between different teams/departments and enriching your work experience.
    The challengesSince the company is still growing, one of the challenges you may face during initial parts of being in Dorf Ketal workforce is time management. You may be required to take up quite a number of duties which you may be unfamiliar with which may take up some of your personal time. Most part of your training would be on-job training and less so on class training. With that being said, the company has a flat management structure and you are more than welcome to speak with any manager if you require help.
