The challengesOne of the worst culture, horrible politics.. Benefits & perks are plain basic, for a MNC. Workload.. its easily double/triple the amount of the what other company gives.. Staffs don't feel appreciated, its always put in a way where the company is the only one benefiting. Many once loyal employees are thinking about leaving, they are just waiting for the chance.. The whole world out there is changing, except for this company. Employee welfare seriously need to be reviewed & improved, when people come to work feeling good and happy, productivity & good results will come naturally. Management level dont seem to care much about all these, their entitlements are good anyway..
