    The good thingsA good cause and still pockets of staff whom are dependable and willing to go the extra mile to support each other and the beneficiaries.
    The challengesThe Board and key appointment holders lacks leadership qualities and frequently micro managed through the bossy ways. Certain individuals are conniving and play politics / power struggles instead of focusing on getting their job done.
