    The challengesEfficient and effective communication need to be done at all time. The work require you to take charge on all tasks, work smart in team, and versatile as a worker. The project size can be huge and complex, and you need to have a clear understand on the project and all coordination work.

    The good thingsGood friend and helpful people. Project team member will help you learn as long as your willing. You would not be able to see a project through to its end as a technical drafter and you will be transferred around to other teams.
    The challengesInvolved in a challenging project team who demands a very high level of productivity and efficiency which helped me develop a sharp learning curve with high stress and pressure. Project leader gave us opportunities to execute tasks at junior management level.

    A good working experience
    The good thingsThe company provided ample learning opportunities, exposure to different projects in the industry and a pleasant working environment. The culture there was rather corporate, but there was a personal touch to things as team leaders were very personable and on the ground. Overall, the work, play and learn culture was strong there, with good prospects for the corporate culture driven type.
    The challengesBecause of the size of the company, in terms of company wide implementation of new policies, it could take a considerably longer time, resulting in sometimes frustration because of the wait for new policies or technology to reach me. Also, the IT infrastructure back then was not yet that developed, so there was still a considerable inconvenience sometimes due to that.

    The good thingsGood office environment. The colleagues are very bonded even outside office hours. Have a varieties of recreational activities to maintain a work life balance. Staff welfare is of high priority. There are also trainings provided to further skills and personal development.
    The challengesVery international staff so it is hard to break the cliques to get them to mix around.

    Room for growth
    The good thingsI learned so many things in this company. Not only that it is stable, the team i word with will give you room to grow. They allow me to learn new skills and knowledge and work above my means. They also encourage me to join competitions. We won of course. They give yearly increment and bonuses. I was also promoted yearly and my boss is very understading to sometimes my personal matters.
    The challengesOf course there is no perfect company. And being in a top consultant firm has its flaws too. Im talking about working above and beyond office ours daily. What gives me drive to stay, is that i love my job, my team mates and the company itself. It gives me more pride to know i belong in the firm.
