Great people, respected brand—progress sometimes takes time.
The good thingsDraeger offers a stable work environment. The company invests in safety and quality, and colleagues are generally professional and collaborative. There are opportunities to participate in cross-functional projects. Work-life balance is reasonable.
The challengesSome internal processes can be quite structured, which may slow down the pace of change and innovation. Decision-making often requires multiple levels of approval, which can lead to delays. Communication between departments could be more streamlined to support better collaboration and efficiency. Opportunities for rapid career advancement or taking on new responsibilities may sometimes be limited by established hierarchies. Continued focus on agility and open communication would help the company adapt even more effectively to changing business needs.
