    The good thingsThe company is systematic. Each staff functions accordingly with its designation. The management is straightforward and they are applying a one boss system policy in dealing with subordinates. The command responsibility is properly observed. Thus, it eliminates employee's confusion on its role and they became focus, effective and productive.
    The challengesChallenges faced were in times the project is about to finish. As the nature of the construction business which is project based the high risk of losing the opportunity of having or being part of the next project is always there. The hope and ways to counter such challenges is to perform better in work so that employee will be treasured and chances are services will be kept.
