    The good thingsEver since I joined Hongtong Engineering Private Company, I had a sense of responsibility inside me. Because I got the job on the recommendation of my friend. I was working very efficiently, the boss was happy with my work and within six months he appointed me as an assistant supervisor.

    The good thingsHaving a good team work with all production staffs. I have a good team and good support from technicians to produce whether quality parts to meet the quick turn over for customer.
    The challengesCompany need good and stronger engineering group to support the quick turn over and settle quality in a quicker time .
