    1 to 2 years in the role, current employee
    No benefit, no 13th months, no Performance Bonus , Insurance cover only basic coverage
    The good thingsOnly the staffs are nice not the Management team . The Management only care themselves, they don't see the improvement or found out why so many of them resign.
    The challengesEverything I'm in the dark, the management never show respect or trust me. It make me so down by coming to the office daily.
