Lovely to work with as long as basic respect is given to every member of the team. While the benefits may not be great, your work is really based on performance, so you are likely to receive a fair sum for very good work & efforts.
The challengesIT is not locally based, but the necessary support is available during working hours. HR Benefits are regretfully below market standards, but the colleagues make it a pleasant working place.
