Senior Consultant

Small SAP company with some decent experienced consultant

The good things- Provides the best for employee , best health care package, mobile phone , good laptop, - decent avenue to learn on the job - one of the better developers are in this program - good pantry of coffee and drinks for staffs - travel reimbursement from home to office - monthly dining sponsored by boss - not bad bonus - decent working hours

The challenges- Lack of career growth - only 1 CEO, Manager, Director - some challenging characters but mostly has left

Great work life balance

The good thingsGot good perks and boss is generous. Age group is about the same and most people can communicate well.

The challengesCharacter management is quite challenging in this company. Need sometime to get used to the people here.
