A company that doesnt appreciate staffs

The good thingsNothing much I can say since many of his ex staff also felt under appreciated

The challengesDoesnt reward hardworking staffs even if you contributed alot to the company. Your "increment" after your probation can be easily taken back should you one day leave the company
