    The good thingsGood people, good team, good leader. lots of benefits and sport facilities. Serene place to work, not a hectic environment. They provide training and internal promotions. Got in house cafe, parking, san francisco coffee, gym, court, snooker, pantry, clinic, etc. Company has clear business vision and working culture that is easily understandable. Best of all, flexible benefit.
    The challengesDue to recent migration, there are a few issues in management. Its hard to get HR to react quickly to your issues. And salary increase was almost non existence for first level agent. Other than that, all good.

    The good things- Friendly, welcoming culture - relaxed, non-hectic work environment - good flexible working hours, not much OT
    The challenges- Not near any MRT, hence longer-than-average commute times - Poor management of human resources - employees treated like objects/non-living resources - management rarely keeps promises they make in terms of benefits (empty promises)
