The toughest challenge I have is the shutdown of the whole yard for the transfer of new main line from the new transformer room to the main source of the country's electric company.
The challengesThey usually give you new assignments and see how you go with it but give good credits/ awards once you proved you're good at it, not just with papers but also with monetary awards such as a big increment in your salary even if you just started with them and give you more training and exposure to your field you make you even better.
