    One of the worst company
    The good thingsGood thing is that you can go home on time
    The challengesYou can do something quite good and improvements but your manager didn’t like you that it’s. Poor management where they wanted to improve but nothing is done over the years and too management do not push for it.

    The challengesLess trained of assistant QC Mgr who work like fresh engineer. Personal privacy was not protected among QC team e.g. personal salary leak out from Mgr level.

    The good thingsI am able to create strong bond and communicate well with all the workers and to understand the criteria of their jobscope so that it can be implemented to the job... The company gave me the chance to learn as much things which I don't get elsewhere...
    The challengesChallenges working there is that I could actually create argument regarding work but at the end of the day, we still can laugh and be friends... We don't mix personal and work together... Having to chase the people and ask around for information which we can't get yet can be challenging because most will say 'I don't know'... After making one big round finding information bit by bit, I manage to paste it together to get that information which I actually need...
