    The good thingsHad a opportunity to meet people from various industries. Gained experience with doing government tenders and working with government agencies. Did some training to expand knowledge and experience. Had annual dinner and dance to appreciate staff.
    The challengesAs it was a family business it was difficult to get things approved. At times when the bosses traveled, I had to fork out my own money to buy important items that could cost in the thousands. At times salary was late as bosses were not around to approve payments. Bosses like pampering from employees.
