Dynamic & results-oriented, experience in leading complex projects & cross-functional teams. Success in managing new product introduction (NPI) initiatives, collaborating effectively with suppliers to ensure timely project execution while balancing competing objectives among team members. This blend of project management, process innovation & commitment to quality positions me as a valuable asset in driving operational excellence and delivering impactful results in manufacturing environments.

Lots of opportunities to learn and grow
The good thingsI enjoy the fact that the people are easy to work with as they are very hands on in terms of what they do on a day to day basis. Being cautious of every decision means that the organisation leverages on what works and strives to make obsolete on what doesn't and is relatively adaptable to new implementations and ideas.
The challengesThere is a lot of to work on and sometimes you'll find that your plate is half full and then just about full on a day to day basis. This is both exciting but challenging at the same time as your character is tested and your work ethics being put to the test. All in good stride because one has to have the right character (every company should have) to address each issue and challenge as it comes along.

    Great exposure
The good thingsCan learn to do demand creation off sales function. And freely provide program and support to customers. The opportunity to build leadership in this organisation is great! Everyone in the company can open up for any business discussion with creative ideals!
The challengesSome operations function should be improve and running as a distributor, company must be able to deal with certain risk to gain the business revenue in the shortest time with better foresight of the market trend in Electronics & Electrical requirements.

    no advancement
The good thingstechnology for products they develop is good, on the backend, the company is too manual, using extremely outdated system, and very outdated process. no people development.
The challengesmanagement only promote people within their circle, hard work and ability to solve problems and get work done does not get recognised

    Nice office.
The good thingsNice working environment and good office location near one north MRT station. Engineers are generally positive about their work and Dyson also rewards engineers well for their hard work. Annual parties at posh locations are also a good addition for employees to enjoy and take a good break from work.
The challengesToo many decision makers and project/technology owners in one project. Engineers often had to deal with many different engineers and managers just to gather information or to complete a task. This often results in a significant amount of time spent on waiting for people rather than working on the task itself. Working with headquarters in Europe can be a challenge as differences in working style, culture, timezone and lack of face-to-face interactions between European and Asian offices might result in occasional miscommunications .

The good thingsA learning center for the career of the life. This is because the company provides a lot of the opportunities to the employee during working such as internal or external training.
The challengesThe most challenging thing is the engineer must need to figure out how to solve the problem quickly whenever there is issue with the design.

    How Dyson SG Operates
The good thingsThe people are generally nice and helpful. Salary is ok. Got AWS and bonuses every year.
The challengesThe company should implement a work-life balance program to ease the stress. Also, need to define clearly roles and responsibilities to avoid multitasking or two person doing the same task which is not value added to the company.
