    The good thingsColleagues are friendly and helpful. Enriching experience with many worksites across Singapore to visit
    The challengesFor a company managing numerous HDB and public projects , the Safety Department management lacked knowledge and competency in very basic Safety Management. Many public project worksites managed by EM Services regularly and repeatedly flouted serious safety regulations endangering workers and the general public.

    Great environment if you have the right personality
    The good thingsInternal colleagues within the office are great and are very willing to help out whenever assistance is required. Enjoyable to work with co-workers who are like a family. Pay is considered average.
    The challengesLack of training and poor management style. Very little support given by the higher up. Communication seems to be inconsistent and the process of taking leave is tough. There is also a lack of SOP which causes confusion among colleagues on the way things are done as there seems to be a lack of standardization across. Residents are hard to deal with as well.
