    The good thingsMost of the colleague are friendly. Willing to lend you a helping hand. They can be your colleague as well as your best friend. The boss derek is a very kind and generous boss. He will always bought something back for us when he is oversea.
    The challengesThis company need to be more discipline. The operation manager have to walk the talk and not talk the talk.
