    The good thingsI was sent to US for 3 months training prior to the start up of this company. I learned a lot from the overseas trainings, and thus, was able to contribute much in helping to start up a chemical plant in Singapore.
    The challengesWorking different shifts and having to come into contact with hazardous chemicals were the challenges I faced.
