    Open communication & supportive co-workers that encourage growth!
    The good thingsWorking in Eber made me feel like I can achieve anything if I want to! Supportive boss and co-workers working towards the same goals and direction is key in Eber. Not a confined environment to work in, with the freedom to test out new ideas and make mistakes. Management has created new career paths for growth within the company, and constant face-to-face gives you a great pipeline to pitch ideas and help the company grow. Also, a pantry filled to the brim, and occasion happy hours!
    The challengesPace of the company could be a tad bit slow. However, seeing what the team could overcome, I do not feel that it will be a persistent hurdle

    The good thingsAn environment where all colleagues are so helpful and open to each other. Although it is a small startup but you will find your value, learn and grow in a healthy environment. We love anything that relates to IT, Success, Value and Whiskey!
    The challengesAs is still a young company, whiskey may more than the general staff benefits. 😜
