    The good thingsA very united company with minimal politics. - Ability to perform challenging and rewarding roles when the company identifies you as a key position that they want to develop - Strong objective in what the company wants to achieve in the short and medium terms. - You will be given to learn many other areas beyond your primary role which is good if you want to have a career path into a management role because you would already set a standard that people can look up to and follow you
    The challengesTargets and KPI may be set a little too high to achieve but the company recognise other factors such as if you are working hard enough or have other non-KPI attributes that you can contribute to the company rather than just focusing on your main role.
