The good thingsFine strong company with exposure to learn the structures and processes to building business fundamentals and adept to ever changing corporate culture and directions.
The challengesA huge corporation that has lost its value on treating employees as an asset. It has become a corporate mudslide for those who performs on merit.

    The Benefits & Downsides
The good thingsEmployee Benefits and sales income are the best source of motivation with great commission. Adding on with the great Team bonding and management.
The challengesWork/Life balance would be an issue as depending on your job scope, Weekend-duties and a mixture of Account management, Sales-driven Engineering which requires hands-on would be required. Handling customers feedback, complains, repairs, conducting trainings & sales target has to be self-reliant and time management is important in this Job.

    Self serving professional groups
The good thingsRegional exposure. Some good people. Diverse business. Some senior people have good technical knowledge. Gave opportunity to be somewhat creative. Pockets of empowerment. Gives training and opportunity to attending networking meets. Opportunity to work on regional projects. Some flexibility in benefits.
The challengesSilo organisation. Self serving individuals interested in their own business and growth. Lack of coordinated focus. Leadership only interested in travel and living a good life. Business travel without reason and justification. Sales people given fancy cars. Low return on investment on sales folks. Manipulation of sales figures to get high sales incentives.
