    The challengesPoor in employee welfare and benefits. Doesn't look like a MNC company. Benefits and welfare worse than SME/local companies. Super long working hour. Some HOD/Superior got no experience, not capable, not professional at all. No organized and no systematic at all. Too many paperwork. High turnover rate.

    Germans are the best when it come to adavance Engineering Technologies
    The good thingsAll My Boss are very nice and I learn a lot in Pipe Jacking, they send me for training, gives bonus if you deserve it. We have occasion of birthday party. communication between mother company Strabag has no problem they support us when we needed them most.
    The challengesFast pace and must be on time when it comes to working hours. Demands innovation on the part of the team, They welcome ideas but they will have to scrutinized it. Constant updating yourself to latest technology in Engineering is a must due to modern Equipment in Pipe Jacking and Tunnelling.

    I am an ex staff from Zublin Ag Singapore Brench T06(TDSS) tunnel project, Currently working at T215 Thomson East Cost line MRT project.
    The good thingsI would like to work new TDSS tunnel and well experience with (Shaft/ Addition/ TBM) Extensive experience for the past 14 years in Mining and Tunnelling of both soft soil and hard rock, actually involved in different methods in underground operations using various mining tools and machinery. These methods includes NATM,TBM, Cut & Cover, drill & blast, stopping excavations with other activities such as grouting, shotcreting, rock bolting, waterproofing, wall lining, segment building, compressed air work, timbering, core drilling, shaft and face nailing, piping, Ventilation, safety and other related works. Self-motivated professional and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
