The good thingsInternational exposure and multinational collaboration in most of the job. Decent employee welfare including FREE games, ESPP, Stock option/ RSU (hope they are still around). Emphasis on work life balance Lots of independence/ autonomy in getting work done and where (including work from home if scope allowed). Chances to travel oversea Small team and lots of direct reporting.
The challengesSEA revenue is small, so there is a high risk of the job being replaced by some other territory which makes more sense having a head count then let it resides in Singapore. Company direction is lead by USA, there is not Asian in the board who pay attention and focus on Asia.
