    The challengesNo work life balance, stressful and have to do overtime everyday. Should respect every staff and treat everyone fairly, but not sided to the person they like. Working like a robot or low cost worker.

    It is the worst company I have ever worked in.
    The good thingsThere is nothing good in this company during my 2 months there. Life was hell since the first week I joined. Work was too heavy and my seniors were giving me all different guidance. There was no proper training and the workload is terrible. I never got to leave work on the dot. Everyday there is OT to do, and I don't even have the time for toilet at times. The managers shout and yell at the staff.
    The challengesThe employers should give the staff worklife balance. Respect their staff and not yell at them in front of the whole office. When they do good, please thank them. When they are wrong, please rectify and not penalize. Their system needs to be improved too. It is not friendly at all and they claimed that they spent bombs on it. Have an SOP to train the staff, so that they can really WORK.

    The good thingsI got the chance to work on all levels in the company, from a normal level up to the management. Having an opportunity to travel and meet up external and prospect clients.
